That casserole looks delicious. Butternut (and any pumpkin) is one of my favorite foods, I could eat it till the cows come home! Good thing the birds like it too.... <br /><br />And living alone, I love cooking something and having it for several meals, particularly since I like cold leftovers almost as much as hot. I love cooking, and had a weeks worth of food after Thanksgiving!
