Devilcake

Beeps is probably the parrot who spends the most time talking in our house. Since he only knows three words (pretty, baby, cake), however, the conversation is less than scintillating. He refers to himself as Babycake, since that is what he was called in a previous home. We sometimes call him that, too, and he realizes that "Beeps" and "Babycake" both refer to him.

But Babycake connotes a sweet, loving compliant parrot, and when Beeps's mood changes, he is anything but! Thomas I and joke that Devilcake is a more appropriate name for him in these moments (which are, thankfully, rare).

The way the light is reflecting off of his eyes in this picture makes me wonder if he really isn't possessed. That would explain so much...
