Dinner for breakfast
I have been making meals in the slow cooker several times a week. I tend to have more free time in the mornings, and it's great to come home and not have to cook! Earlier this week, I had beans in a bowl that had been soaking overnight. I left the room for a minute and returned to find this:

Nothing is safe here, either. I don't mind, but it drives my husband bat-shit insane. He hates that the parrots are flighted, because he can't eat in peace. Thankfully, he tolerates them for me.
Thomas was not happy at first about allowing them to fly, but they love it so much and he finally got used to it!
