Last night, Thomas was dishing up dinner when Rocky ran over to him and started climbing.
Towards the beginning of the video, when it gets a bit shaky, it's because Max flew at me. Towards the end, when it gets really shaky, it's because Max flew at and hit my head.
As best I can tell, she did this because Rocky was getting attention, with the camera pointed at him.

You sure Rocky doesn't have some sort of obsessive compulsive thing going on with Thomas? ;-)
I think it's wonderful how parrots just grab an inch or so of cloth and not a beakful of flesh as they climb up and down.
They're all just amazing!
He is seriously obsessed. I think it's unhealthy, but as far as I can tell, is quite normal for a severe macaw. Just one more example of why severe macaws make horrible pets.
He really needs to get a hobby other than my husband!
And I, too, am amazed at how gentle and careful they can be with their beaks.
