Weird helper
Last night, Thomas was chopping zucchini for dinner. Stella had been on his shoulder, but had steadily worked her way down to perching on his forearm instead.
Finally, Thomas said, "This is too weird -- I can't handle this!" and set her on the counter. We never did figure out what she was after.

She may have just liked the motion of his arm.
Hollywood likes to actually ride the knife while chopping sweet potato.
I'll have to see if it happens again. She'd never done it previously in dozens of chopping-with-parrot-on-shoulder episodes.
Maybe it's the start of a new parrot routine!
