Max, patiently waiting for some head pets:
Rocky and Stella were not so patient in their demands on Thomas's time, so they ended up on his lap:
I had set some home-brewed beer by the door so I'd remember to bring it with me to give to a friend. Stella loves beer bottles, so immediately flew over to check these out:
Her new morning routine includes thawed blueberries. Thomas now puts them in a separate bowl for her:
We were up at the rescue this past weekend. As much as Thomas loves the birds we have, I think he is quite sad that we don't have a large macaw at home. He was trying to convince me to foster a certain blue and gold macaw. I said no, citing the large size difference between this large macaw and our medium-sized birds. It would be very easy for any of them to lose a beak or foot, so we have to stick with the smaller guys and he'll have to content himself with playing with them at the rescue:

Quick running news since I've been writing about that a lot lately. Thomas and I ran a 15K this past weekend, and we both set PRs! 2010 has been an amazing running year -- I hope that continues into 2011!
